The Blue Room was the first unit finished in the house. It has an in unit smart TV, closet and dresser, mini fridge, an attached deluxe spa bath, and is perfectly appointed. The Blue Room is the main room in this listing, and can be rented alone.

The Rose Room was the final room finished during the renovations. It can only be rented with the Blue Room, as they will share that deluxe spa bathroom. The Rose Room has its own TV, closet, a dresser. The bath has a direct entrance to the Blue Room as well as a door out to the hall facing the Rose room. Adding the Rose room to the rental adds approximately $70 per night, depending on the season.

Both rooms are located up the entrance parlor stairs. They are not joined to the second suite upstairs: those are your private stairs to your suite.

This can be a little confusing, but we think that giving folks the option can allow budget conscious couples a great choice in renting only the Blue Room. If you are solely renting Blue, the Rose Room will be locked off, so you don’t need to worry about sharing the bath suite with strangers.
